I’m the local owner here at Fireside RV Rental in West Palm Beach, and I’ve spent years hauling our rigs all over Palm Beach County — down sandy driveways in Jupiter, into the tighter loops at John Prince Park, out to ranch property west of Wellington. When folks call about a rental, the first thing most of them are quietly worried about isn’t the RV itself. It’s the driving, the backing in, and the hookups. So we took all of that off the table. With our delivery service, I bring the RV to you, get it level, connect the power, water, and sewer, and walk you through how everything works before I leave. At the end of your trip, I come back and haul it away. You never touch a hitch.

What “full-service delivery” actually means on my end

Delivery isn’t just dropping a trailer in your driveway and waving goodbye. When I show up, I’m pulling out the leveling blocks and chocks, getting the rig dead-level so your fridge runs right and your doors don’t swing, and dropping the stabilizer jacks so it doesn’t rock when you walk around inside. Then I run the shore power, hook the fresh water with a regulator and a filter, and connect the sewer line with the proper slope so nothing backs up on you. Before I pull out, I flip on the AC, run the slide-outs, light the stove, and show you the gray and black tank valves so there are no mysteries at 9 p.m. on your first night. By the time I leave, it’s camping — not a science project.

Where I deliver across Palm Beach County

The core of what I do is right here in Palm Beach County — West Palm Beach, Lake Worth, Jupiter, Wellington, Boynton Beach, Delray Beach, and everywhere in between. For the right trip, I’ll also run south into Broward — Markham Park out in Sunrise, or down toward Deerfield Beach — and north up into the Treasure Coast.   • Private property and driveways — Got family flying in? I’ll set the RV up right at your house so they have their own space without a hotel bill.
  • Event sites — weddings, polo season in Wellington, race weekends, family reunions. A delivered rig makes a great on-site green room or guest suite.
  • Worksites — crews and contractors who need a clean, air-conditioned place to rest and eat on a long job.

Honest South Florida notes I always share

This is South Florida, so let me be straight with you about a few things. The heat and humidity are real — that’s why I get the AC running and cooling before I hand it over, so you walk into a cold rig, not a hot box. From May through October, you can almost set your watch by the afternoon storms; they roll through hard and fast and then it’s beautiful again, so I plan setup around them. Site fit matters more than people think — low palm fronds, soft grass, and tight gates all factor in, which is why I ask about your spot before delivery day. And in our winter high season, the good campsites and our nicer rigs book up fast, so the earlier you reach out, the better I can take care of you.

Why delivery beats renting and driving for most people

I rent to plenty of seasoned RVers who tow their own — and I love them for it.
